- Review delivered materials and communicate approval or change requests responsibly.
5. Freelancer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate profile, skill, identity, and payout information.
- Follow quality, confidentiality, and platform workflow requirements.
- Use only authorized access for assigned work.
- Not misuse client data, platform resources, or credentials.
6. Service Flow Rules
Our platform may offer template selection, Basic Plan fulfillment, Custom Plan meetings, phased project execution, support workflows, and ongoing maintenance subscriptions. Internal assignment, scheduling, and approval workflows are managed by the platform.
7. Basic Plan Rules
- Basic Plan is intended for quick deployment of a selected template.
- It generally includes limited setup, branding updates, and content-level configuration only.
- It does not include structural redevelopment unless separately agreed.
- Basic Plan products may be delivered with a trial period where applicable.
8. Custom Plan Rules
- Custom Plan work proceeds according to approved scope, phases, meetings, and payment milestones.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on complexity, dependencies, approvals, and client responsiveness.
- Custom work may involve internal teams, freelancers, or a combination of authorized personnel.
9. Template Marketplace Rules
- Templates are offered as digital solutions subject to platform workflow and service limitations.
- Preview availability does not guarantee identical performance in every custom hosting condition.
- Additional customizations beyond the published scope may require a Custom Plan.
10. Meetings and Scheduling Rules
- Scheduled meetings may be rescheduled if required by availability, system conflicts, or dependency issues.
- Users must provide correct meeting details, availability responses, and relevant agenda information.
- Repeated missed meetings or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.
11. Payment Rules
- All listed prices, milestone charges, subscription charges, support charges, and related fees must be paid as required before applicable service continuation.
- Payment may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.
- Work may pause until required payment is confirmed.
12. Phase-Wise Custom Payment Rules
- Custom projects may require advance or milestone-based payment before the next phase begins.
- Completion percentage, phase approval, and milestone invoices may be used as the trigger for further payment.
- Non-payment may delay or suspend further project work.
13. Support and Maintenance Rules
- Support availability depends on the applicable product type, plan, and service scope.
- Monthly maintenance plans may include hosting continuity, operational support, minor updates, backups, and monitoring depending on the selected plan.
- Major changes may require a separate quote or custom workflow.
14. Trial Rules for Basic Plan
- Certain Basic Plan products may be delivered on a limited trial basis.
- Trial expiry without required payment may lead to product suspension or restricted access.
- Trial features, access, and activation conditions may vary by service.
15. Suspension for Non-Payment
We reserve the right to suspend work, platform access, active services, subscriptions, or product availability where payment remains outstanding beyond the permitted period.
16. Refund Limits
Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital service work that has already started, planning work, resource allocation, live deployment activity, or consumed subscription cycles may be non-refundable.
17. Intellectual Property
- The platform, workflow design, branding, internal systems, and original platform content remain our property unless otherwise stated.
- Client-owned content remains the clientβs responsibility and property, subject to lawful use rights required for service delivery.
- Rights in custom or template-based output may depend on payment completion, license scope, platform rules, and applicable agreements.
18. User-Generated Content and Uploaded Files
- You confirm that uploaded files, logos, content, and materials are lawfully owned or lawfully usable by you.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious material.
- We may remove or reject material that creates legal, technical, or operational risk.

20. Service Delays and Dependency Disclaimer
Delivery may be affected by client-side delays, content delays, missed meetings, dependency failures, third-party gateway issues, hosting constraints, approval delays, force majeure, or technical complications.
21. Third-Party Tools and Gateways
We may rely on third-party payment gateways, messaging systems, cloud services, API providers, meeting tools, or hosting providers. We are not responsible for downtime, delay, or policy changes caused solely by such third-party services.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from platform use, delays, third-party failures, user-side misconfiguration, lost profits, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
23. Termination and Suspension Rights
We may suspend or terminate services, access, accounts, or project continuation where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, policy violation, security risk, unlawful use, abusive conduct, or repeated non-payment.
